APPOINTMENT ANNOUNCEMENT

Allison Crunden | General Manager

We are very excited to announce, the appointment of Allison Crunden to the role of General Manager for Architecture & Access.

This is a new role and one that is pivotal in realising the next stage of growth and development for Architecture & Access.

As of 1 December, Allison will commence her new leadership role providing operational support and developing growth strategies for the practice.

Allison’s impressive CV includes considerable and relevant experience in the health industry. Commencing at Architecture & Access in 2011, Allison managed the OHS & Safety in Design Unit for three years. She then proceeded to become the People & Corporate Manager, responsible for leading human resource management, quality, and corporate services.

Allison has held the role of Acting CEO for Westgate Health Co-Operative, OHS Manager for Asylum Seeker Resource Centre and the Workplace Health and Safety Advisor for Vanuatu Customs and Inland Revenue Department.

A robust understanding of the practice, the markets we operate in and very importantly our clients, Allison’s General Manager promotion is a natural progression.

Architecture & Access’ Directors, Andrew Sanderson and Chris Porter believe that taking themselves out of the day to day management of the practice will allow both of them to focus on the overall practice strategy and continue to work and thrive in service delivery. Both are genuinely committed to internal promotion and supporting and developing employees to reach their goals.
