The next 3 years…..
Architecture & Access, like most other organisations, has experienced many challenges and changes as the result of the Covid-19 pandemic. We were able to rapidly transition to working from home and as a result, we have been able to maintain our service delivery to our client base.
Architecture & Access is now well positioned to implement growth strategies for the business. Our overarching vision will always be creating environments – transforming lives. To support this vision, and as part of her new role as General Manager, Allison Crunden is embarking on a process of defining our organisation objectives for the next 3 years.
These objectives are under the broad categories of People, Innovation, Profitability and Service Quality. Our overall objective for People is to attract, develop and retain high performing staff. For Innovation, to identify and develop new processes and service delivery offerings to affect positive change. For Profitability, to grow existing business and develop new opportunities in related fields. Finally, for Service Quality, to deliver high quality, efficient and cost-effective services.
These objectives have been the basis for our business planning for the next 3 years, enabling us to continue to achieve our vision and create safe and accessible built environments.
